高效切削高强钢切削力和切削温度仿真研究 被引量:4

Simulation study on cutting force and cutting temperature of high strength steel with high efficiency milling

摘要 基于Abaqus有限元仿真软件建立切削30CrNi2MoVA高强钢的二维模型,研究切削力和切削温度随切削参数的变化规律。结果表明:高效切削30CrNi2MoVA高强钢时,切削力随切削速度的变化不明显,随切削深度的增加近乎直线增大;刀尖和前刀面的最高温度随切削速度和切削深度的增加而增大。 A two-dimensional model of cutting 30CrNi2MoVA high strength steel was established based on Abaqus finite element simulation software,and the changing rules of cutting force and cutting temperature with cutting parameters were studied.The results show that when cutting 30CrNi2MoVA high strength steel efficiently,the cutting force does not change significantly with the cutting speed,but increases almost linearly with the cutting depth increasing.The maximum temperature of the tool tip and rake face increases with the increase of cutting speed and cutting depth.
