Establishment and Implementation of Risk Management Model for Critical Infrastructure Upgrade Project in the Data Center of Financial Industry

为满足金融行业风险管控要求,提升数据中心在关键基础设施建设上的风险管控能力,本文通过实际案例阐明风险管理模型建立的方法及风险管控过程。在模型的建立和风险管控过程中遵从全面覆盖、分级管理、风险可控的风险管理策略。通过风险识别、风险评估、风险控制和风控清单四个阶段对项目进行全生命周期的风险管控。

To meet the risk control requirements of the financial industry and improve the risk control capability of data centers in critical infrastructure constructions,this paper illustrates the method of risk management model establishment and risk control process through practical cases.The risk management strategy of comprehensive coverage,hierarchical management,and risk controllability is followed in the process of model establishment and risk control.The whole life cycle of the project is controlled through four stages:risk identification,risk assessment,risk control,and risk control list.
