课堂环境下教师教学投入要素的结构关系与效应研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着信息技术与教育的融合,在线教育、混合式教育等教育形式增多,但线下课堂仍是主流的学习环境,课堂环境下的教师教学投入要素及其结构关系与效应亟待明确。文章在“主导—主体”教学结构指导下,结合已有研究和对23位中小学教师教学投入的访谈结果,确定了课堂环境下教师教学投入的五大核心要素;接着,对各核心要素所包含的子要素进行说明,构建并修正了课堂环境下教师教学投入要素的结构关系及效应模型;然后以210位中小学教师为对象,开展问卷调查,深入探讨并验证了教学投入要素的结构关系与效应,构建课堂环境下教师教学投入模式;最后,提出提高教师教学投入的可行性建议。 With the in-depth integration of information technology and education,there are more and more educational forms, such as online education and hybrid education,but offline classroom is still the mainstream learning environment.The elements of teachers’ teaching engagement and its structural relationship and effect in classroom environment need to be clarified.Under the guidance of the “leading-subject” teaching structure,combined with the existing research and the interview results of 23 primary and secondary school teachers’ teaching engagement,this paper determines the five core elements of teachers’ teaching engagement in the classroom environment;then,it explains many sub elements contained in each core element,constructs and modifies the structural relationship and effect model of teachers’ teaching engagement elements in the classroom environment;then,taking 210 primary and secondary school teachers as the research object,this paper makes a questionnaire survey on teachers’ teaching engagement in the classroom environment,deeply discusses and verifies the structural relationship and effect of teachers’ teaching engagement elements,and constructs teachers’ teaching engagement model in the classroom environment;finally,it puts forward some strategic suggestions to improve the feasibility of teachers’ teaching engagement.
