Study on Chinese Sports Modernization

中国式体育现代化是中国式现代化进程中的体育篇章和重要组成部分,中国体育通过自身发展及其外溢效应为中国式现代化做出了独特贡献。通过政策分析、文献分析等研究方法提出并深入阐释中国式体育现代化的理念演进、发展模式、价值功能及实现路径。中国式体育现代化历经“体育救国”初始萌芽、“体育兴国”积极探索、“体育报国”持续拓展、“体育强国”创新突破等4个阶段;发展模式亦呈现从“单核心”到“双核心”,再到“多核心网络融合”演进特征;在经济、政治、文化、社会、生态等5大领域发挥独特功能;在中国式现代化“人口规模巨大”“全体人民共同富裕”“物质文明和精神文明相协调”“人与自然和谐共生”“走和平发展道路”等5大特色上呈现重要价值。基于此,从增强制度生命力、彰显大众亲和力、提高国际竞争力、夯实经济贡献力、提升文化软实力和扩大世界影响力等6个方面,提出中国式体育现代化的推进举措。

Chinese sports modernization is a chapter and an important part in the process of Chinese sports modernization.Chinese sports make a unique contribution to Chinese modernization through its own development and spillovers.Through policy analysis,literature analysis and other research methods,this study summarizes and deeply explains the concept evolution,development mode,value function and realization path of Chinese sports modernization.The modernization of Chinese sports has gone through four stages:the initial germination of“saving the nation by sports”,the active exploration of“rejuvenating the nation by sports”,the continuous expansion of“serving the country by sports”,and the innovation breakthrough of“strengthening the nation by sports”.The development mode also presents the evolution characteristics from“single core”to“dual core”and then to“multi-core network integration”.Chinese sports modernization plays a unique role in five major areas,including the economy,politics,culture,society,and ecology;It presents important values in the five major features of Chinese modernization:“huge population”,“common prosperity for all the people”,“harmony between material and spiritual civilization”,“harmonious coexistence between man and nature”and“peaceful development”.Based on this,the paper puts forward measures to promote the modernization of Chinese sports from six aspects:enhancing the vitality of the system,demonstrating the affinity of the public,improving the international competitiveness,consolidating the economic contribution,enhancing the cultural soft power and expanding the world influence.
