加快建设体育强国背景下竞技体育发展新模式研究

New Model for Competitive Sports Development under the Background of Accelerating the Building of a Leading Sporting Nation

竞技体育作为体育强国建设的核心场域之一,是新时代新征程体育事业发展的关键所在。研究认为党的二十大精神为我国竞技体育高质量发展明确了思想引领。基于对党的二十大精神的解读,总结新时代我国竞技体育十年发展的巨大变革、明确新征程我国竞技体育发展的目标和方向、剖析中国式现代化背景下竞技体育高质量发展的含义、梳理我国竞技体育高质量发展的基本方略并提出加快建设体育强国背景下竞技体育发展新模式。由此,研究将竞技体育发展新模式划分为5个重点方向,分别是:完善竞技体育管理体制、促进体教融合多元发展、加强竞技体育文化建设、推进竞技体育科技创新、提高竞技体育国际话语权。进而从重要意义、现实困境与突破路径等3个方面对5大维度进行了深入、系统、科学地分析与阐释。

As one of the core fields in the construction of a leading sporting nation,competitive sports hold the key to the development of sports in the new era.It is concluded that the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has clearly defined the ideological guidance for the high-quality development of competitive sports in China.Based on the interpretation of the guiding principles,the paper sums up the great reform of ten years’development of competitive sports in the new era,clarifies the development goal and path,analyzes the meaning of high-quality development of competitive sports under the background of Chinese modernization,sorts out the basic strategy for the high-quality development,and puts forward the new development model for competitive sports under the background of accelerating the construction of China strong in sports.Moreover,the new model of competitive sports development covers five key aspects,including“improving the management system of competitive sports”,“promoting the integrated and diversified development of sports and education”,“strengthen the construction of competitive sports culture”,“promoting scientific and technological innovation of competitive sports”,and“increasing the competitive sports’voice of China on the world stage”.Therefore,this paper further discusses the above mentioned five aspect in depth from the dimension of significance,realistic dilemma and breakthrough path.
