Library is a growing organism.The development of the times facilitates the growing of this organism and motivates the librarians’literacy renewal and improvement.The informatization of social environment and the intelligentization of new library environment require diversified literacy of morality,information,knowledge integration of multidisciplinary,and smart technology from college and university librarians.To achieve this diversified literacy,both internal cultivation of the librarians and the external cultivation of the libraries are necessary.
