摘要
以我国南海深水油气田的某半潜式生产储油平台为研究对象,基于其实际安全运维需求和监测预警技术的发展,设计一种集环境、姿态、结构、系泊、立管和压载等系统于一体的集成化海洋监测系统总体方案,包括系统的组成与架构、监测设备的要求与选型、数据采集与处理、软件开发与集成等主要环节。与传统的监测系统相比,该系统充分考虑目标平台的功能特点和使用环境特性,新增智能化姿态预报功能,用于指导现场作业。研究成果可助力我国深水资源开发安全运维技术装备的国产化发展。
An integrated marine monitoring system(IMMS) is designed for a deep-water semisubmersible production and storage platform in the South China Sea according to the requirements of safe operation and the development of monitoring technologies. The design incorporates environment monitoring, platform position, hull structure, mooring system, riser system, and ballast system in one scheme, which includes the composition and architecture of the system, the requirements and specifications of hardware, data collection and processing, and software development and integration. Considering the unique functional features and local environment, a novel intelligent platform position forecast module is also developed and incorporated in the system to provide onsite operational advice. The research will benefit domestic manufacturing of the safe operation and maintenance equipment of platform for deep-water resource exploration.
