高校党建在推进青年教师思想政治建设中的“位”与“为”

The“Status”and“Action”of the Party Construction in Colleges and Universities in Promoting the Ideological and Political Construction of Young Teachers

加强高校教师思想政治教育是落实师德师风建设的必然要求。以党建工作在高校青年教师思想政治建设中的“位”为研究基点,针对当前党建和思想政治建设在协同发展中存在的一些现实性问题,从党建引领、党建为媒、党建为纲和党建赋能四个方面,阐述了高校党建在推进青年教师思想政治建设中如何做好“为”,旨在进一步促进两者工作的有效融合。

Strengthening the ideological and political education of college teachers is the inevitable requirement of implementing the construction of teachers’moral building.Based on the“status”of the party construction in the ideological and political construction of young teachers in colleges and universities,this paper,aiming at some practical problems existing in the coordinated development of the party construction and ideological and political construction,expounds how the party construction in colleges and universities should do about“action”well in promoting the ideological and political construction of young teachers from four aspects:party construction leading,party construction as a medium,party construction as a programme and party construction enabling,to further promote the effective integration of the two.
