新时代高校科研育人的内涵、问题与路径

Research on the Connotation,Problems and Approaches of Scientific Research and Education in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

科研育人是实现高校立德树人的重要路径之一。进入新时代,高校科研育人被赋予了新的内涵,主要表现为:以立德树人为根本目标,以科研活动为主要载体,以“机制建设”为制度保障,以言传身教为重要方式。目前,高校科研育人存在一些问题:部分高校制度不全,育人环境不浓;有些教师功利心态较强,育人能力不够;一些学生自我认识不足,科研能力不强等。因此,需要从健全育人机制、强化高校责任、提升教师能力及优化学生思维等方面拓宽高校科研育人的路径。

Scientific research education is one of the important ways to achieve moral education in colleges and universities.Since entering the new era,scientific research education in colleges and universities have been endowed with new connotations,which are mainly manifested as follows:taking moral education as the fundamental goal,scientific research activities as the main carrier,“mechanism construction”as the institutional guarantee,and teaching by words and deeds as the important way.At present,many problems have emerged in the process of promoting scientific research education such as the lack of relevant policies and weak education environment,some teachers’strong utilitarian motive and low education ability and some students’lack of self-recognition and weak scientific research capability.Therefore,it is necessary to broaden the practical path of scientific research and education in colleges and universities from the aspects of improving the education mechanism,strengthening the responsibility of colleges and universities,improving teachers’ability and education,and optimizing students’thinking.
