摘要
飞机脚蹬位置不仅影响飞行员坐姿,也决定了飞行员控制方向舵和刹车的舒适性,对飞行员操纵具有重要影响。本文根据飞行员对两型飞机脚蹬使用舒适性的主观评估进行分析,总结出脚蹬舒适性设计的要点,对国军标中脚蹬设计要求进行了补充。提出了理想状态下的脚蹬舒适性设计参数,以及在一定座舱空间限制条件下的脚蹬舒适性设计思路,可为后续型号和其他同类型脚蹬设计提供参考。
Pedal position on aircraft may affect not only pilot’s sitting position but also their comfort for applying rudder and brake;as a result,it plays an essential role on control by pilots.According to pilot’s subjective briefing on comfort after using two types of pedal,this paper analyzes and summarizes the design key points of pedal comfort to replenish the pedal design requirements in National/Military standard.It also puts forward the comfort design parameter of pedal in ideal state and comfort design thread of pedal within a certain cockpit space limit,which can provide reference for subsequent models of pedal and those in same type.
