摘要
本文设计并仿真一种工作在L波段的安控接收机射频前端,根据技术指标要求进行元器件选型并借助仿真软件ADS进行系统的链路仿真和匹配设计,仿真结果表明该射频前端匹配良好,技术参数满足设计要求,能够满足接收机的要求。
This paper describes the design and simulation on the RF front-end of a kind of safety control receiver operating in band L.According to the requirements of technical index,the element type is selected,and system link simulation and matching is conducted by means of the simulation software ADS.The simulation result shows that the RF front-end can meet the requirements of receiver since it is fully matched and the technical parameter can satisfy the design requirement.
