摘要
当前烧结机与高炉之间设置了中间仓,作为高炉烧结矿的缓冲仓,岗位工人在现场通过目测观察中间仓的料位,根据料位手动控制前进后退来控制小车的位置,实现定位下料。岗位工人工作环境差,劳动强度大,效率低,危险性高。为此安装雷达料位仪和小车位置检测设备,对现有的计算机控制系统进行改造,根据各个仓的料位智能判断下料顺序,实现无人值守。
At present,an intermediate bin is set between the sintering machine and the blast furnace as a buffer bin for the sintering ore of the blast furnace.The workers at the post observe the material level of the intermediate bin by visual inspection on the site,and manually control the forward and backward positions of the trolley according to the material level to realize positioning and blanking.The post workers have poor working environment,high labor intensity,low efficiency and high risk.Radar level meter and trolley position detection equipment are installed,and the existing computer control system is reformed to intelligently judge the unloading sequence according to the material level of each bin,so as to realize unattended operation.
