基于机器视觉的预应力夹片质量检测

摘要 针对机械行业预应力夹片质量检测存在的问题,提出使用新型的机器视觉检测理论,设计了预应力夹片检测装置硬件部分和软件部分。根据系统需要,完成了光源、镜头、工业摄像机等硬件的选型,搭建了机器视觉硬件检测装置。提出使用开源的计算机视觉库OpenCV进行数字图像处理,结合图形界面库Qt用于人机界面的显示,研发了预应力夹片检测装置的软件部分。实验结果证实该预应力夹片质量检测装置的方案和预应力夹片质量检测算法是可行的,装置的硬件性能和检测算法实现均达到了预期要求。 Aiming at the problems existing in the quality inspection of prestressed clip in machinery industry,this paper puts forward the use of new machine vision inspection theory,and designs the hardware and software of prestressed clip inspection device.According to the needs of the system,the selection of hardware such as light source,lens and industrial camera is completed,and the machine vision hardware detection device is built.It is proposed to use the open source computer vision library opencv for digital image processing.Combined with the graphical interface library QT for the display of man-machine interface,the software part of prestressed clip detection device is developed.The experimental results show that the scheme of the prestressed clip quality detection device and the prestressed clip quality detection algorithm are feasible,and the hardware performance and detection algorithm of the device meet the expected requirements.
