摘要
水平连铸法生产紫铜板带坯时通常采用双流结晶器,受安装精度、工艺参数等影响,生产过程中容易出现两条铸坯温差过大的现象,即“阴阳带”问题,严重影响紫铜铸坯质量,降低生产效率和产品成材率。针对某铜板带厂紫铜水平连铸坯的“阴阳带”现象以及产生原因、防止措施等展开研究,并结合模拟方法对其原理进行分析。研究表明,模具内铜液结晶位置的变化是导致铸坯出口温度变化的直接原因;铸坯下表面与石墨模具产生间隙、冷却水调节过程时间差等是导致“阴阳带”问题的主要原因。本文从结晶器装配、工艺参数调节等方面提出改善措施,以期为金属带坯的实际生产提供技术参考。
The double-flow crystallizer is usually used in the production of red copper strips with horizonta continuous casting method.Due to the influence of installation accuracy and process parameters,the phenomenon of excessive temperature difference between the two billets is prone to occur,that is,the"Yin-Yang Strip"problem,which will seriously affect the quality of the copper billet,reduce production efficiency and product yield.In this paper,the phenomenon,causes and preventive measures of the"Yin-Yang Strip"of the horizontal continuous casting billet of copper in a copper strip factory are studied,and its principle combined with the simulation method is analyzed.The research shows that the change of the crystallization position of the molten copper in the mold is the direct cause of the temperature change at the outlet of the slab;the gap between the lower surface of the slab and the graphite mold and the time difference of the cooling water adjustment process are the main reasons for the phenomenon of"Yin-Yang Strip".The improvement measures are proposed from the aspects of mold assembly and process parameter adjustment,in order to provide reference for actual production.
