绞合型导体结构提升产品性价比设计思路

摘要 铜材以其资源丰富、化学性质稳定、易于加工和综合性价比较优等特点,常被应用于电线电缆导体。最近两年,受新冠疫情和国际贸易整体下行影响,铜价居高不下。为了减少项目投资成本和提升市场竞争力,终端用户和线缆制造企业都在持续进行节支降耗等相关工作,倒逼铜导体制造方持续加大对导体结构的优化设计。电线电缆导体可分为实心和绞合两种类型:前者因铜材经过拉丝加工后即为导体成品,其结构相对简单;后者因涉及原材料性能变化、绞合方向确定、实际节径比、单线延伸率、紧压系数的实现等多项参数影响,可能出现材料耗用与技术特性并不呈现规律性变化的情况,因此通过结构设计进行性能优化的空间更大。 Copper is often used in wire and cable conductors due to its abundant resources, stable chemical properties, easy processing and excellent comprehensive price. However, in the past two years, affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and the overall downward trend of international trade, copper prices still remained high. In order to reduce the project investment cost and enhance the market competitiveness, the end users and cable manufacturers are continuously carrying out related activities to save costs and reduce consumption, which forces copper conductor manufacturers to continue to increase the optimization design of conductor structure. We know that according to the flexibility needs of use, the conductor of wire and cable can be divided into two types: solid and stranded: the former is a finished conductor after copper drawing, and its structure is relatively simple;the latter may not show regular changes in material consumption and technical characteristics due to the influence of many parameters such as raw material performance, determination of stranding direction, actual pitch ratio, single-line elongation, and realization of compression coefficient, so there is more space for performance optimization through structural design.
