数字化赋能公路货运行业的高质量发展

High-quality Development of Road Freight Industry Empowered by Digitalization

公路货运是与我们国家实体经济发展以及人民生活水平提升息息相关的重要运输生产活动,公路货运因其具有门到门直接运输、容易装卸车、适合近距离运输等特点,是目前中国物流产业的主要运输方式,有超过七成的货运量是通过公路运输来完成的。随着国家相关规范与鼓励性政策的推出,我国公路货运行业正向数字化转型升级迈进,政府鼓励整体产业积极拥抱数字新业态。公路货运数字化转型以客户需求为出发点和归结点,满足差异化服务和客户多样化的需求,并提供个性化的物流解决方案,可以高效实现车货匹配,优化运行线路,降低车辆运行成本,强化车辆安全管控,数字化赋能公路货运将推动物流产业实现大发展。文章分析了公路货运行业发展面临的问题和困境,指出了数字化如何推进公路货运行业发展,并提出了公路货运数字化的实施对策。

Road freight is an important transportation and production activity closely related to the development of our country’s real economy and the improvement of people’s living standards. Road freight has the characteristics of door-to-door direct transportation, easy loading and unloading, and suitable for close transportation. At present, China ’s logistics industry is still based on road freight as the main mode of transportation. More than 70 % of the freight volume is completed by road transportation. With the introduction of relevant national norms and incentive policies, China’s highway freight industry has been transformed and upgraded to digital, encouraging the whole industry to embrace new digital formats. The digital transformation of highway freight transportation takes customer needs as the starting point and the end point, realizes differentiated services, realizes diversified customer needs, and provides personalized logistics solutions. Digitally empowering highway freight transportation will promote the development of the logistics industry. The construction of digital logistics can efficiently achieve efficient matching of vehicles and goods, optimize operating lines, reduce vehicle operating costs, and strengthen vehicle safety control. This paper analyzes the problems and difficulties faced by the development of highway freight industry, points out how digitalization promotes the development of highway freight industry, and puts forward the implementation countermeasures of highway freight digitalization.
