摘要
针对一次风射流刚性不足的问题,从燃烧器结构设计方面研究不同周界风翻角对其的影响,提出调整燃烧器周界风翻角角度的建议,并对周界风不同翻角进行数值模拟。数值模拟结果表明,当周界风翻角变大时,周界风与煤粉气流汇合推迟,有利于一次风气流的射程。该模拟结果对后续燃烧器结构的设计提供了一定依据。
In allusion to the problem of insufficient rigidity of primary air jet,the influence of different surrounding air turning angles on primary air jet of tangentially fired boiler is analyzed from the design of burner structure,and the suggestions for adjusting the burner surrounding air turning angle are put forward,and the different surrounding air turning angles are numerically simulated.The numerical simulation results show that when the surrounding air turning angle increases,its convergence with the pulverized coal flow is delayed,which is beneficial to the range of primary air flow.The simulation results provide a certain basis for the subsequent design of burner structure.
