摘要
空调的振动、噪音水平是衡量空调质量的重要指标之一,本文针对某空调系统异常“嗡嗡”声问题,进行了振动与噪音扫频分析,确定了压缩机振动传递路径异常导致基频噪音超标,提出了改善压缩机平衡系统和减振胶垫优化两种控制方案,实际测试表明,两种方案均能控制噪音响应,减振胶垫优化效果更好,为解决壁挂式空调基频噪音提供有效方法。
Vibration and noise are one of the important indicators to measure air conditioner quality.In order to solve the abnormal sound problem,this paper carried out frequency sweep analysis.It is determined that the abnormal vibration transmission path of the compressor cause the noise.This paper provides two projects to solve this problem,improving the compressor balance system and the cushion rubber optimization.The actual test shows that both can control the noise response,and the cushion rubber optimization is better.It provides an effective method to solve the abnormal operating frequency noise.
