交联程度对AEM/PVDF TPV相态转变及性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)为树脂相,乙烯-丙烯酸酯橡胶(AEM)为橡胶相,采用动态硫化技术制备一种新型的耐油、耐高温的混炼型热塑性硫化胶(TPV)。通过调整过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)的用量改变AEM相的交联程度,研究交联程度对该TPV材料相态转变及性能的影响。研究表明,随着AEM相交联程度的增大,AEM/PVDF共混物逐渐发生相态转变,当DCP用量增加到3.6和4.5份(质量份)时,AEM/PVDF形成海-岛相结构,制得TPV材料;随着DCP用量的增多,AEM/PVDF TPV的硬度和定伸应力逐渐增大。当DCP用量为2.7份时,共混物处于海-海相的两相互锁结构,拉断强度和断裂伸长率较小;同时,AEM的交联程度越大,材料具有更加优异耐热油和热空气老化性能。 In this experiment, polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) is used as the resin phase and ethylene-acrylate rubber(AEM) is used as the rubber phase. Dynamic vulcanization technology is used to prepare a new type of oil-resistant and high-temperature-resistant compounded thermoplastic vulcanizate(TPV). By adjusting the amount of dicumyl peroxide(DCP) to change the degree of crosslinking of the AEM phase, the effect of the degree of crosslinking on the phase transition and performance of the TPV material was studied. It was shown that as the degree of AEM cross-linking increased, the phase transition of AEM/PVDF blends gradually occured. When the mass amount of DCP increased to 3.6 and 4.5 parts, AEM/PVDF formed a sea-island phase structure to prepare TPV materials;With the increase of the amount of DCP, the hardness and tensile stress of AEM/PVDF TPV gradually increased. When the mass amount of DCP was 2.7 parts, the blend was in a sea-sea phase interlocking structure, and the tensile strength and elongation at break were small;at the same time, the greater the degree of crosslinking of AEM, the more excellent heat-resistant oil and hot air aging performance.
