摘要
目的建立黄芪药材的HPLC-UV-CAD串联指纹图谱,对24批不同产地的黄芪药材进行质量评价。方法通过HPLC串联指纹图谱检测,并结合相似度计算和主成分分析(PCA)进行研究。结果由黄芪指纹图谱相似度计算可知,黄芪药材相似度范围为0.822~0.992(UV检测器),0.916~0.995(CAD检测器);由PCA结果可知,3个主成分的总累积方差贡献率为85.953%,主成分综合得分模型为F=0.477f_(1)+0.253f_(2)+0.130f_(3),由此对24批黄芪药材的综合质量进行了排名,从而对其质量进行评价。结论该HPLC-UV-CAD串联指纹图谱方法较全面准确,能反映黄芪药材化学成分分布的总体质量特征,并为黄芪或含黄芪的复方汤剂以及中成药的质控提供参考。
Objective To evaluate the quality of 24 batches of Astragali Radix from different origins by establishing the HPLC-UV-CAD fingerprints.Methods Combination of similarity analysis and principal component analysis(PCA)was used to study the HPLC-UV-CAD fingerprints.Results The similarity of the HPLC-UV-CAD fingerprints was 0.822~0.992(UV detector)and 0.916~0.995(CAD detector).The PCA showed that the total cumulative variance contribution rate was 85.953%,the principal component comprehensive score model was F=0.477f_(1)+0.253f_(2)+0.130f_(3).The comprehensive quality of the 24 batches of Astragali Radix was ranked to evaluate their quality.Conclusion The HPLC-UV-CAD fingerprints of Astragali Radix are comprehensive and accurate,which can reflect the overall characteristics of chemical composition distribution and facilitate the quality control of Astragali Radix,traditional Chinese medicine compound decoction and Chinese patent medicine containing Astragali Radix.
