黄芩素对糖尿病心肌病保护作用的机制研究及临床应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 糖尿病心肌病(DCM)是2型糖尿病最常见的并发症之一,其发病机制较为复杂。目前临床上的治疗手段包括生活方式的干预和降糖药物的使用,但仍然缺乏长期有效的治疗药物。黄芩素是天然的黄酮类成分,具有抗氧化、抗炎、降血糖、调节免疫、防治心血管疾病等作用,对糖尿病相关并发症也有治疗作用。本文结合国内外最新文献重点论述黄芩素对DCM潜在的保护机制与黄芩及含有黄芩方剂在此病中的临床应用,揭示黄芩素在DCM治疗方面的开发潜力,为后续的深入研究和开发利用提供科学依据。 Diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM) is a common complication of type 2 diabetes mellitus,with complex pathogenesis. The current clinical treatments include lifestyle intervention and hypoglycemic drugs, lacking in long-term effective drugs. Baicalein is a natural flavonoid, which has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, hypoglycemic function, and immune regulation, prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases and diabetes-related complications. This paper discussed the latest literatures at home and abroad, the potential protective mechanism of baicalin to diabetic cardiomyopathy and clinical application of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and its compound preparation on diabetic cardiomyopathy. The potential of baicalein in the treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy is revealed, which provides scientific basis for further research and development.
