我国现阶段呈现出的不平衡、不充分发展的现实图景,可以溯源自人本身、资源本身、财富积累以及社会发展和政策制度等方面的差异性。党的十八届五中全会提出的共享理念旨在确立人的主体地位,保障人的发展权利,履行人的建设责任,坚定人的发展信念,是对以人民为中心的发展思想的践行。积极秉持并有效推动共享理念的实施可以有效地消解由差异性造成的社会现状,并能促进人的解放和自由全面发展。

The realistic prospect of unbalanced and inadequate development in China at the present stage can be traced back to the differences in human itself,resources themselves,wealth accumulation,social development and policy system.The sharing concept put forward by the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China aims to establish the dominant position of human beings,guarantee the right of human development,fulfill the responsibility of human construction,and strengthen the belief of human development,which is the practice of people-centered development thought.To actively uphold and effectively promote the implementation of the concept of sharing can effectively eliminate the social status caused by differences,and can promote human liberation and free and comprehensive development.
