传统法学教学培养模式已不能满足卓越法治人才的要求,新文科理念对传统法学教学提出了新要求。法学课程思政建设在新文科的要求下也不能只靠单一的思政课程来实现,现阶段法学教学培养需要新文科理念的指引,需要思想政治理论的加持。

The traditional law teaching and training model can no longer meet the requirements of excellent legal talents.The new liberal arts concept puts forward new requirements for the traditional law teaching and training.Under the requirements of the new liberal arts,the ideological and political construction of law course can not be realized only by a single ideological and political course.At this stage,the cultivation of law teaching needs the guidance of the new liberal arts concept and the support of ideological and political theory.
