青岛市休闲农业空间分布特征及其影响因素分析

Analysis of Spatial Distribution Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Leisure Agriculture in Qingdao City

休闲农业在推进乡村振兴稳步发展的历史进程中,不断促进农业第一、二、三产业融合,推动农业发展、农村兴旺、农民幸福。明确青岛市休闲农业空间分布特征及其影响因素,可以挖掘出未来规划要点及优化路径,从而推进此类新型产业形态良性可持续发展。文中以青岛市休闲农业示范点为研究对象,运用基尼系数、最邻近指数法、核密度估计值等空间分析法,分析其在地理空间中的分布规律,同时运用灰色关联分析探究示范点的相关影响因子。结果表明,青岛市的7个区县示范点分布呈现出显著的集聚状态,但各区域发展较为不均衡。在影响要素方面地形地势因素、社会经济条件、区域路网条件和旅游资源禀赋4个方面都呈现与空间分布强关联性。基于空间分布规律及影响因素驱动研究,提出合理利用地区农业资源、加强示范点与自然景区联动、深入挖掘区域文化内涵、注重前期规划调研4点发展策略。

In the historical process of promoting the steady development of rural revitalization,leisure agriculture continuously promotes the integration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries of agriculture,and promotes agricultural development,rural prosperity and farmers'happiness.According to the spatial distribution characteristics of leisure agriculture in Qingdao and its influencing factors,the key points of future planning and optimization paths are excavated,so as to promote the benign and sustainable development of this new type of industry.This paper takes Qingdao leisure agriculture demonstration site as the research object,uses Gini coefficient,nearest neighbor index method,kernel density estimation and other spatial analysis methods to analyze its distribution in geographic space,and uses grey relational analysis to explore the demonstration point related factors.The distribution of demonstration sites in seven districts and counties in Qingdao showed a significant clustering state,but the development of each region was relatively unbalanced.In terms of influencing factors,topographical factors,socioeconomic conditions,regional road network conditions and tourism resource endowments all show strong correlations with spatial distribution.Based on the research on the laws of spatial distribution and the driving factors of influencing factors,this paper puts forward four development strategies:rational use of regional agricultural resources,strengthening of the relationship with natural scenic spots,in-depth exploration of regional cultural connotations,and introduction of talents to pay attention to preliminary planning and research.
