摘要
提升农民数字素养与技能是弥补农村数字鸿沟,促进共同富裕的关键举措。文中结合乡村数字化应用场景,构建包含设备与软件操作、信息与数据素养、沟通与协作、数字内容创建、职业相关素养、数字安全素养等6方面的数字素养评价体系。通过问卷调研发现,陕西农民数字素养更多体现在数字信息的解读与运用,缺乏较为成熟的数字内容创建及运用能力;农民数字素养存在性别、年龄、区域以及从事农业类型的差异。提出引进及培育高素质农民、推进区域协调发展、发展智慧农业等对策,提升农民数字素养,进而推动数字科技赋能数字乡村建设。
The key measure of common prosperity is to improve farmers'digital literacy and skills to bridge the rural digital gap.Based on the rural digital application scenario,this paper constructs a digital literacy evaluation system that includes six aspects:equipment and software operation,information and data literacy,communication and collaboration,digital content creation,professional related literacy,and digital security literacy.Through the questionnaire survey,it is found that Shaanxi farmers'digital literacy is more reflected in the interpretation and application of digital information,lacking the relatively mature ability to create and use digital content;There are gender,age,region and agricultural type differences in Shaanxi farmers'digital literacy.Propose measures such as introducing and cultivating high-quality farmers,realizing talent revitalization,promoting regional coordinated development,and developing smart agriculture,so as to improve farmers'digital literacy,and then promote the construction of digital countryside enabled by digital technology.
