Effects of Different Substrates on Cutting Propagation of Rose

以切花月季‘红色恋曲’为试材,使用草炭、珍珠岩、碳化稻壳3种基质进行不同比例配比,试验结果表明,当草炭∶珍珠岩比例为2∶1时愈伤组织出现率最高,根系数最多,成活率最高,是月季扦插繁殖的适宜基质。

For cut-flower rose'red seven as the test materials,the use of peat and perlite,carbonized rice husk ratio of three kinds of matrix in different proportion,the test results show that when peat,perlite callus appear when a ratio of 2∶1 rate is highest,most root coefficient,the highest survival rate,is a suitable substrate for the Chinese rose cutting propagation.
