摘要
为明晰我国一流理科距离世界一流理科还有多远,本文遵循世界一流标准、甄选高精尖指标,构建了世界一流理科的高精尖评价指标体系。通过选取代表性的理科学科,对我国一流理科与世界一流理科进行了定量比较研究,并结合学科专家访谈的结果探析了部分高精尖指标表现差距大的原因。结果表明:我国一流理科的总体表现与世界一流理科存在明显的差距,特别是在重大原创性成果、国际学术大师等方面。建议针对我国一流理科的建设目标,改革评价体系,引导产出引领世界的重大原创性成果和国际学术大师。
To find out how far the First-Class Science Disciplines of China are Left Behind the World-Class Science Disciplines,this study builds a disciplinary evaluation system with top-grade indicators and quantitatively compares the performance of first-class science disciplines of China with world-class science disciplines.The results show significant gaps between the overall performance of first-class science disciplines in China and world-class science disciplines.Especially,there are major gaps in the performance of top-grade indicators such as breakthrough original research and academic masters or star scholars.Suggestions are made to reform the national and institutional evaluation systems to achieve the goal of constructing world-class science disciplines.
