摘要 铁路桥梁施工周期长且作业复杂,可视化程度低,所涉专业人员种类多,导致效率低下,精细化程度低。针对此发展现状,基于BIM技术进行铁路转体桥梁施工精细化应用,解决其传统施工模式下中存在的方案可行、结构碰撞、进度管控、协同办公等问题。以京哈转体大桥为背景依托,基于BIM技术,实现工程施工精细化管理,完成桥梁与场地信息的可视化交互分析,并自主研发协同管理平台进行工程管理,加快了工程推进速度,提高了效率,对推动桥梁工程的智能建造具有实际意义。 Railway bridge construction is long and complex in its process with low visualization,involving a variety of professionals,resulting in low efficiency and low refinement.In view of this development status,BIM technology is used to refine the railway swivel bridge construction to solve the problems of scheme feasibility,structural collision,schedule control and collaborative management in traditional construction modes.Based on the swivel bridge on the Beijing-Harbin Railway Line and the BIM technology,refined management of the construction is realized,the visual interactive analysis of bridge and site information is completed,and a collaborative management platform is independently developed for the project management,which accelerates the speed of the construction works and improves the efficiency.It has practical significance for promoting intelligent construction of bridge works.
