摘要
为了解决淮南矿区A组煤工作面因采高较大且经过断层而引起的片帮、冒顶和突水等安全隐患,选用超细水泥基注浆材料和新型高分子注浆材料为研究对象,通过室内测试和现场注浆试验的方式,分析对比了2种材料的注浆效果。对比结果显示,2种材料与煤块胶结后抗压强度基本相同,但新型高分子注浆材料注浆加固体延展性更好,承受大变形能力更强。此外,在现场注浆试验中新型高分子注浆材料可以更好地包裹黏结煤体,将裂隙发育煤体黏结成完整且坚硬的结石体。基于以上研究,选用新型高分子注浆材料对顾北矿13121工作面的煤壁进行注浆加固,注浆后工作面顶帮状况较好,无突水现象,实现了A组煤回采安全高效。
In order to solve the safety risks of coal wall caving,roof falling and water inrush of A group coal working face in Huainan mining area caused by large mining height and fault,superfine cementbased grouting material and new polymer grouting material are selected as the research objects,by means of indoor test and in-situ grouting test,the grouting effect analysis compared the two materials.The comparison results show that the compressive strength of the two materials cementing with coal is basically the same,but the new polymer grouting material has better ductility and ability to withstand large deformation.In addition,the new polymer grouting material can better wrap and bond the coal body,and bond the fractured coal body into a complete and hard stone body.Based on the above research,the coal wall of 13121 working face in Gubei coal mine is reinforced with new polymer grouting material.After grouting reinforcement,the top wall condition of working face is better,and there is no large roof falling phenomenon,realizing the safe and efficient mining of A group coal.
