摘要
针对平煤股份十一矿瓦斯治理过程中存在的岩石巷道工程量大、瓦斯治理周期长、成本高的问题,以己_(16-17)-24070工作面为研究对象,以“以孔代巷”定向钻进技术为手段,通过与“底抽巷+常规穿层钻孔”的传统区域预测方案对比,优选出了基于定向钻进技术的“以孔代巷”区域瓦斯治理技术对己_(16-17)-24070工作面区域突出危险性进行预测。现场工业性应用共施工完成33个定向长钻孔,成功取出干煤样27次,钻孔工程量累计进尺6 423 m,最大瓦斯含量4.91 m^(3)/t,最大瓦斯压力0.43 MPa。采用瓦斯地质精细分析与瓦斯参数相结合的方法,确定己_(16-17)-24070工作面无突出危险性,达到了以定向钻孔代替底板岩石巷道的目的,经济效益、社会效益、环境效益显著。
No. 11 mine in Pingdingshan Tian′an coal shares exist in the process of gas control in large quantities of rock, gas control cycle is long, the problem of high cost, has VI_(16-17)-24070 working face as the research object, in order to "hole instead of roadway" by means of directional drilling technology,with "bottom alley pumping + normal wear layer hole" of the traditional regional prediction scheme comparison, based on directional drilling technology, the gas control technology of "hole instead of roadway" area is optimized to predict the outburst risk of VI_(16-17)-24070 working face area. In the field of industrial application, 33 directional long drilling holes were completed, dry coal samples were taken out successfully 27 times, the drilling quantity was 6 423 m, the maximum gas content was 4.91 m^(3)/t,and the maximum gas pressure was 0.43 MPa. Combined with the fine geological analysis results of gas extraction, it is determined that there is no outburst risk in the VI_(16-17)-24070 working face. The purpose of replacing floor rock roadway with directional drilling is achieved, and the economic, social and environmental benefits are remarkable.
