基于模糊PI算法的矿山井下翻笼机操控系统

摘要 设计了基于模糊PI控制算法的矿山井下翻笼机操控系统。使用物联网通信将翻笼机运行数据传输到井下服务器内;调用Oracle数据库内的运行数据,分析翻笼机的运行状态;使用LCD显示屏展示翻笼机逻辑分析结果,将模糊PI算法写入PLC实现翻笼机操控。实验结果表明:应用该系统操控翻笼机具备良好的稳定性和无线通信能力,操控翻笼机旋转角度准确,解决了矿山井下翻笼机控制效果提升的问题。 The control system of mine underground cage turnover machine based on fuzzy PI control algorithm is designed.Use the Internet of things communication to transmit the operation data of the cage turner to the underground server.Call the operation data in Oracle database to analyze the operation state of cage turnover machine.The LCD display screen is used to display the logic analysis results of the cage turnover machine,and the fuzzy PI algorithm is written into PLC to realize the operation of the cage turnover machine.The experimental results show that the application of the system to control the cage turner has good stability and wireless communication ability,and the rotation angle of the cage turner is accurate,which solves the problem of improving the control effect of the cage turner in the mine.
