摘要 主立井提升系统作为井工开采煤矿的咽喉环节,其安全、高效、稳定对矿井安全生产尤为重要。针对鹤煤六矿主井提升系统电动机、减速器和联轴器等主要设备故障问题,提出2种系统改造方案,通过方案论证得到交流异步变频电动机配合行星减速器拖动方案符合改造要求。改造后的系统提高了生产效率、系统整体稳定性和系统整体效率。项目研究成果可为面临同类问题的矿井提供借鉴。 For the safe and stable production of existing coal mines,the safety,efficiency and stability of the main shaft hoisting system,which is the throat of underground mining,is particularly important.Aiming at the failure of main equipment such as motor,reducer and coupling in the main shaft hoisting system of Hemei No.6 mine,two system transformation schemes are proposed.Through the scheme demonstration,it is concluded that the driving scheme of AC asynchronous variable frequency motor with planetary reducer meets the transformation requirements.The reformed system improves the production efficiency,overall stability and overall efficiency of the system.The valuable practical experience accumulated in the transformation of the main shaft hoisting system of the mine can provide reference for brother mines facing similar problems.
