核指挥、控制及通信系统作为战略核武器装备使能的神经系统,是核作战体系建设的关键。在梳理美军核指挥、控制和通信系统定义、功能构成的基础上,对美军核指挥、控制与通信系统的发展现状、典型民兵3作战系统进行分析,并结合核态势评估报告及国防部财算报告解读系统面临的挑战及现代化升级举措,梳理提出美军核指挥、控制及通信系统的未来发展趋势。

The nuclear command,control and communication system,as the neural system enabling strategic nuclear weapons and equipment,is the key to the construction of the nuclear combat system.On the basis of sorting out the definition and functional composition of the U.S.military nuclear command,control and communication system,the development status of the U.S.military nuclear command,control and communication system and the typical MinutemanⅢcombat system are analyzed,and the nuclear situation assessment report and the financial report of the Ministry of Defense are combined to interpret the challenges faced by the system and the modernization and upgrading measures,sorting out and proposing the future development trend of the U.S.military nuclear command,control and communication system.
