摘要
空间站任务应急发射流程特点突出,约束条件严格,要求极高,通过分析流程的串行、并行、重叠、耦合关系,梳理出主任务、一级任务、二级任务,针对流程计划要求,采取对原流程的再造,重新建立新的流程体系,将具体流程设计、岗位设置、任务衔接、质量管理的一体化设计,通过“一本通”式的岗位作业书和流程工作项目表推动流程的有序开展。实现了应急发射任务的精细化管理,解决了要求天数内实现发射的关键要求,切实提高了发射场工作效率,确保了工作质量,做到对工作流程、资源的精细化管理和配置,确保应急发射任务的可实施性。
The space station mission emergency launch process has prominent characteristics,strict constraints and extremely high requirements.By analyzing the serial,parallel,overlapping,coupling relationship of the process,sort out the primary main task,primary task,secondary task,reengineer the team’s original process and re-establish a new process system according to the requirements of the process plan,integrate the specific process design,post setting,task connection,quality management,and promote the orderly development of the process through the“one-to-all”post operation book and process work item table.The refined management of the emergency launch task is realized,the key requirements of mast launch are solved,the work efficiency of the launch site is effectively improved,the work quality is ensured,the work flow,resources of the team are finely managed and configured,and the enforceability of the emergency launch task is ensured.
