摘要 某用户反映长城特钢生产的Cr12MoV冷作模具钢在用于冷轧辊时淬回火热处理状态下耐磨性偏低,影响产品的使用寿命。为了满足该用户对冷轧辊耐磨性的特殊需求,对Cr12MoV冷作模具钢进行了不同淬回火热处理工艺的试验。结果表明Cr12MoV冷轧辊的耐磨性与淬火温度、回火温度有关。 A user reported that the Cr12MoV cold work die steel produced by Changcheng Special Steel Co.,Ltd. has low wear resistance under quenching and tempering heat treatment condition when used for cold rolls,which affects the service life of the product. In order to meet the special needs of the user for the wear resistance of cold rolls, experiments on different quenching and tempering heat treatment processes of Cr12MoV cold work die steel were carried out. The results show that the wear resistance of Cr12MoV cold roll is related to quenching temperature and tempering temperature.
