生铁中低熔点元素的高效检测分析

摘要 生铁中As、Bi、Pb、Sb、Sn等(通常称为“五害元素”)低熔点元素含量,对冶炼钢水的质量及炼钢成本有重要影响,非常有必要在生铁进炼钢炉之前准确测定其含量。本文概述了检测人员采用碳素钢标准样块替代生铁标准样块,采用PANalytical生产的Axios mAXX射线荧光光谱仪,通过反复试验、校准,绘制了生铁中低熔点元素的检测曲线,该设备灵敏度高、检测速度快、检测结果可靠度高,可指导炼钢生产。 The low melting point content of As, Bi, Pb, Sb, Sn, etc.(usually referred to as "five harmful elements") in pig iron will directly determine the quality of molten steel and affect the steelmaking cost. In particular,high temperature forging steel, ultra-pure steel, steel with high requirements for fatigue life or impact energy have higher requirements for the content of low melting point elements. This paper outlines the use of carbon steel standard sample to replace pig iron standard sample, and the use of the Axios mAXX X-ray fluorescence spectrometer produced by PANalytical to draw the detection curve of low melting point elements in pig iron through repeated tests and calibration. The equipment has high sensitivity, fast detection speed, and high reliability of detection results, which can guide steelmaking production.
