LC-HRMS测定尿液中甲基苯丙胺、可卡因和吗啡

Determination of methamphetamine,cocaine and morphine in urine by LC-HRMS

建立LC-HRMS测定尿液中甲基苯丙胺、可卡因和吗啡的检测方法。试验以人体尿液为研究对象,经固相取、洗脱、浓缩后,采用LC-HRMS测定尿液中的甲基苯丙胺、可卡因和吗啡。该方法通过测量质量数与精确质量数比对定性,通过外标法定量,三种目标物的线性范围均为1.0μg/L~20.0g/L;定量限均为1.0μg/L。添加浓度分别为1.0μg/L、2.0g/L、10.0μg/L;回收率大于92.0%;相对标准偏差范围在0.51%~4.05%(n=6)。该方法适用于人体尿液中甲基苯丙胺、可卡因和吗啡的测定。

To establish a method for the detemination of Methamphetamine,Cocaine and Morphine ontentin human urine by LC-HRMS.Human urine was the subject of the test,after solid phase extraction,elution and concentration,and the methamphetanine,cocaine and morphine in human urine was determined by LC-HRMS instrument.The method is qualitative by comparing the measured mass mumber with the exact mass number,and quantitative by external standard method.The linear range of standard curve all is 1.0μg/L~20.0μg/L.The quantitative limit all is 1.0μg/L.The recoveries were more than 92%,the RSD ranged were 0.51%~4.05%(n=6).This method is suitable for the determination of methamphetamine,cocaine and morphine in human urine.
