Base-out恢复点为目标手术量的急性共同性内斜视治疗效果分析

Analysis of therapeutic effect of acute concomitant esotropia with base out recovery point as target operation volume

目的:探讨Base-out恢复点为目标手术量的急性共同性内斜视(AACE)治疗效果。方法:收治60例AACE患者,对患者进行Base-out恢复点为目标手术量的治疗干预。对比手术效果、Base-out恢复点参数、立体视觉恢复及影响因素。结果:术后左眼、右眼近视屈光度高于术前,术后近距、远距斜视度低于术前(P<0.05)。术后Base-out恢复点近距、远距均低于术前,术后的BI恢复点包括近距、远距高于术前(P<0.05)。结论:AACE患者采用基于Base-out恢复点为目标手术量有较好的治疗效果,改善立体视觉功能。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of acute concomitant esotropia(AACE)with the target surgical volume of base out recovery point.Methods:60 patients with AACE were treated with Base out recovery point as the target surgical volume.The surgical effect,base out recovery point parameters,stereoscopic vision recovery and influencing factors were compared.Results:the myopic diopters of left and right eyes were higher after operation than before operation,and the near and far strabismus were lower after operation than before operation(P<0.05).The recovery points of base out after operation were both shorter and longer than those before operation,and the recovery points of Bi after operation were higher than those before operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:AACE patients with base out recovery point as the target surgical volume have better therapeutic effect and improve stereoscopic vision function.
