超声骨刀机结合高速涡轮手机治疗下颌复杂阻生智齿效果

Effects of ultrasonic bone knife machine combined with high-speed turbine handpieces inteatment of patients with complex mandibular impacted wisdom teeth

目的:观察超声骨刀机结合高速涡轮手机治疗下颌复杂阻生智齿效果。方法:选取本院收治的下颌复杂阻生智齿患者186例,随机分为观察组和对照组各93例,对照组采用高速涡轮手机治疗,观察组采用超声骨刀机结合高速涡轮手机治疗,比较两组围手术期指标、VAS评分、血清SP、5-HT、PgIgG及TNF-α。结果:观察组手术时间长于对照组,术中出血量、术后张口受限度、术后VAS评分、血清5-HT、SP、PgIgG、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超声骨刀机结合高速涡轮手机可有效减少下颌复杂阻生智齿患者术中出血量和术后疼痛感,改善张口受限度,抑制血清疼痛介质和炎症因子。

Objective:To observe the effects of ultrasonic bone knife machine combined with high-speed turbine handpieces in teatment of patients with complex mandibular impacted wisdom teeth.Methods:A total of 186 patients with complex mandibular impacted wisdom teeth were enrolled as the research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,93 cases in each group.The control group was treated with high-speed turbine handpieces,while observation group was additionally treated with ultrasonic bone knife machine.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative restriction of mouth opening,VAS score,levels of serum SP,5-HT,PgIgG and TNF-αin the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time in observation group was longer than that in control group,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative restriction of mouth opening were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After surgery,VAS scores levels of serum 5-HT and SP,PgIgG,TNF-αwere lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of ultrasonic bone knife machine combined with high-speed turbine handpiecesis significant on patients with complex mandibular impacted wisdom teeth,which can effectively reduce intraoperative blood loss and postoperative pain,improve the restriction of mouth opening,inhibit levels of serum pain mediators and inflammatory indexes.
