摘要 目的:研究斯金纳理论联合等离子电切在治疗前列腺增生中的应用效果。方法:选取90例采用等离子电切治疗前列腺增生患者,随机分两组,各45例。比较干预前后两组疾病恢复情况、健康行为、自护能力、生活质量以及疾病认知程度。结果:出院后6周,观察组健康行为、ESCA评分水平明显高于干预前及同期对照组,BPHQLS评分水平明显低于干预前及同期对照组(P<0.05)。出院后6周,观察组疾病认知程度高的人数明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:斯金纳理论联合等离子电切在治疗前列腺增生效果较好,能够改善患者健康行为及自护能力,提升生活质量及疾病认知。 Objective To study the effect of Skinner's theory combined with plasma electrosurgery in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:Ninety patients treated with plasma electrosurgery for prostatic hyperplasia were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 45 patients each.The recovery of disease,health behaviour,self-care ability,quality of life and disease awareness were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:Six weeks after discharge,the health behaviour and ESCA score levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the pre-intervention and concurrent control groups,and the BPHQLS score levels were significantly lower than those of the pre-intervention and concurrent control groups(p<0.05).At 6 weeks after discharge,the number of people with high disease awareness in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Skinner's theory combined with plasma electrosurgery is more effective in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia and can improve patients'health behaviours and self-care ability,and enhance quality of life and disease cognition.
