可视化游戏在低龄儿童脉冲振荡肺功能检查中的应用效果

Application Effect of Visual Game in Impulse Oscillometry Pulmonary Function Examination of Young Children

目的分析可视化游戏在低龄儿童脉冲振荡(IOS)肺功能检查中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法选取2021-08-01至2022-07-20在清华大学附属北京清华长庚医院儿科门诊进行IOS肺功能检查的低龄儿童70例为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为干预组和对照组,各35例。对照组儿童进行常规IOS肺功能检查,干预组在对照组的基础上,在操作前、操作中、操作后利用可视化游戏辅助儿童完成IOS肺功能检查。比较两组完成检查时间、完成检查次数、儿童检查恐惧评分问卷评分。结果干预组完成检查时间短于对照组,完成检查次数少于对照组,对检查环境、检查内容、医护操作的恐惧评分及儿童检查恐惧评分问卷总分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将可视化游戏应用在IOS肺功能检查中,可缩短低龄儿童完成检查时间,减少完成检查次数,减轻对检查的恐惧感,从而提高其检查依从性和检查效率。

Objective To analyze the application effect of visual game in impulse oscillometry(IOS)pulmonary function examination of young children.Methods A total of 70 young children who underwent IOS pulmonary function examination from 2021-08-01 to 2022-07-20 in the Pediatric Department of Beijing Tsinghua Changgung Hospital Affiliated to Tsinghua University were selected by convenience sampling method as the research objects.They were divided into intervention group and control group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Children in the control group underwent routine IOS pulmonary function examination;on the basis of the control group,visual games were used to assist children to complete IOS pulmonary function examination before,during and after operation in the intervention group.The examination completion time,examination completion times and children's fear of examination questionnaire scores were compared between the two groups.Results The examination completion time in the intervention group was shorter than that in the control group,examination completion times were less than those in the control group,and the fear score of examination environment,examination content,medical care operation and the total score of children's fear of examination questionnaire were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of visual games in IOS pulmonary function examination can shorten the examination completion time of young children,reduce the examination completion times and the fear of examination,and thus improve the examination compliance and efficiency.
