非洲猪瘟疫情背景下某规模化种猪场伪狂犬病净化的实施与效益分析 被引量:3

摘要 为了对云南省某规模化种猪场猪伪狂犬病进行彻底净化,通过对该场进行升级改造,建立生物安全管理体系,制定场群健康和疫病指标,进行净化评估和年审,结合检测、淘汰等综合措施开展猪伪狂犬病净化。结果表明,2017—2020年,在综合防治措施净化下,猪场种猪群连续4年伪狂犬病gE抗体为阴性,连续3年伪狂犬病gB抗体合格率大于90%;非洲猪瘟持续阴性。与净化前相比,猪场生产指标明显提高,经济效益和社会效益显著,成功解决了猪场伪狂犬病净化和非洲猪瘟防控的难题,为云南省乃至全国种猪企业疫病综合防控提供了理论依据、实践探索和技术支撑。 In order to thoroughly purify pseudorabies in a large-scale breed pig farm in Yunnan Province,through the upgrading of this farm,the biosafety management system was established,the health and disease indicators of the pig herd were formulated,the purification assessment and annual examination were carried out,and the purification of pseudorabies was carried out in combination with comprehensive measures such as detection and elimination.From^(2)017 to 2020,under the purification of comprehensive prevention and control measures,the gE antibody of pseudorabies remained negative for 4 consecutive years,and the qualification rate of gB antibody of pseudorabies for 3 consecutive years was more than 90%.The detection results of African swine fever continued to be negative.Compared with before the purification,the production indicators of pig farm were significantly improved,and the economic and social benefits were obvious.The problems of pseudorabies purification and prevention and control of African swine fever in pig farm were successfully solved,which provided theoretical basis,practical exploration and technical support for the comprehensive disease prevention and control of breed pig enterprises in Yunnan Province and even the whole country.
