摘要
为获得早熟玉米种质,选择水稻光周期敏感基因Ghd7的同源基因ZmCCT10作为研究目标,利用基因编辑技术针对该基因的CDS区域进行敲除,获得相关材料后,选择其中表型较为明显的2种,进行生育期及植株表型等相关性状的数据调查与分析,发现敲除该基因后,在长日照的情况下,与野生型相比,编辑后的材料明显提前开花,并出现矮化等明显有利性状。ZmCCT10在玉米的开花调控网络中起抑制作用,敲除该基因可明显解除抑制。
In order to obtain early-maturing maize germplasm,the homolog gene ZmCCT10 of rice photoperiod sensitive gene Ghd7 was selected as the research target,and the gene editing technology was used to knock out the CDS region of this gene.After relevant materials were obtained,two of them with relatively obvious phenotypes were selected for data investigation and analysis on related traits such as growth period and plant phenotype.It was finally found that after the gene was knocked out,compared with the wild type,the edited material significantly bloomed ahead of time and exhibited significantly advantageous traits such as dwarfing.ZmCCT10 played an inhibitory role in the flowering regulatory network of maize,and knock-out of the gene could significantly relieve the inhibition.
