基于SWOT-AHP的广西现代特色林业示范区发展战略研究

Research on Development Strategy of Guangxi Modern Characteristic Forestry Demonstration Zone Based on SWOT-AHP

为探讨广西现代特色林业示范区下一步发展战略,在查阅相关资料的基础上,运用层次分析法对示范区发展形势进行定性和定量分析。结果表明:广西现代特色林业示范区发展应优先考虑SO战略,并对下一步持续深入发展示范区提出建议,具体包括持续推进示范区创建,科学优化产业布局;加大财政支持力度,完善配套基础设施建设;强化科技支撑,注重人才培养;优化龙头企业扶持政策,打造名特优品牌;实施差异化战略,通过各种渠道拓宽产品市场等。

In order to discuss the next development strategy of Guangxi modern characteristic forestry demonstration area,on the basis of consulting relevant data,the development situation of the demonstration area was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by using analytic hierarchy process.The results showed that SO strategy should be given priority in the development of Guangxi modern characteristic forestry demonstration area,and suggestions were put forward for the further development of demonstration area,including continuously promoting the establishment of demonstration area,scientific optimization of industrial layout;increasing financial support and improving supporting infrastructure construction;strengthening science and technology support,paying attention to personnel training;optimizing support policies for leading enterprises to create famous,special and excellent brands;implementing differentiation strategy,broadening product market through various channels.
