摘要
利用扫描电镜技术对甘蓝夜蛾成虫触角感器的类型、数量及分布特征进行观察,结果表明,甘蓝夜蛾雌雄成虫触角均具有10种类型的感器,包括刺形感器、毛形感器(3个亚型)、锥形感器(2个亚型)、栓锥形感器、Bohm氏鬃毛、腔锥形感器和鳞形感器,但各类型的感器在数量和分布上存在一定的差异。根据各类型感器的形态特征、分布情况和显微结构对甘蓝夜蛾各类型感器的功能进行了推断,为以后采用触角电位和单细胞记录技术对甘蓝夜蛾进行化学生态学研究提供理论依据。
The type,number,and distribution of antenna sensilla of Mamestra brassicae L.were studied using scanning electron microscope.Based on their morphology,sensilla chaetica,sensilla trichodea(3 subtypes),sensilla basiconica(2 subtypes),sensilla styloconica,Bohm bristles,sensilla coeloconica and sensilla squamiformia were distinguished on the antennae in both sexes.The putative functions of these sensillar also were discussed with reference to their morphology,distribution and ultrastructure.We expect these results to help develop further electrophysiological investigations aiming to a better understanding of M.brassicae olfaction.
