乡村振兴视域下农业装备创新人才弹性培养路径探析

Analysis on the Flexible Training Path of Agricultural Machinery Innovation Talents under the Field of Vision of Rural Revitalization

国家大力实施乡村振兴战略和推动“一带一路”倡议,全面加强新农科建设,着力培养堪当农业农村现代化重任的农业装备创新人才。深入剖析了当前创新人才培养开放式发展的新趋势,针对创新人才培养中社会创新资源融入缺失的问题,提出了集聚多方资源、实施弹性培养的新模式。其中,创新提出农业装备本科创新人才前两年实行普惠制培养,后X年按照学术型、工程型和复合型分类培养路径实施的2+X方案,通过多元化、差异化的政策举措为农业装备创新人才弹性培养创造条件,大力提升高校农业装备创新人才培养质量。

China is developing the rural revitalization strategy and the“Belt and Road”,comprehensively promotes the construction of new agricultural sciences,and strives to cultivate innovative talents in agricultural equipment that can serve as the important task of agricultural and rural modernization.In this paper,the new trend of open development of the undergraduates’innovative talents are analyzed deeply,aiming to propose a new mode based on gathering multi-party resources and implementing 2+X flexible training to solve the lack of social innovation resources in the cultivation of innovative talents.It is proposed that the innovative talents of undergraduates which majored in agricultural machinery should be cultivated in the first two years under generalized preferences,and the X-years will be implemented according to the academic,engineering and compound classification training paths.Create conditions for the flexible cultivation of innovation talents by diversification and differentiation of policy initiatives to achieve the goal of improving the quality of innovation talents of undergraduates.
