海洋超级碳链化合物的结构鉴定方法研究进展

摘要 超级碳链化合物特指骨架为一根高度氧化、碳碳链接从头彻尾而成长碳链的天然产物类型。该类化合物主要来源于海洋甲藻,为海洋特有超级聚酮。其柔性多羟基主碳链上拥有数十个手性碳,结构上无可水解的重复单元,立体化学极其复杂。该文总结了超级碳链化合物结构鉴定方法的研究进展及面临的挑战。 Super-carbon-chain compounds(SCCCs)are a type of natural products,characterized by a highly-oxidized long-carbon-chain backbone with the chain connection of carbons from beginning to end.SCCCs,mainly produced by marine dinoflagellates,are marine endemic super polyketides.SCCCs,often possessing dozens of chiral carbons on a flexible polyol carbon chain,contain no hydrolysable constitutional repeating units.The stereochemistry of SCCCs is extremely complex.Since this century,new types of SCCCs are rarely reported.During the recent five years,our team has obtained new types of SCCCs from new resources of dinoflagellates collected in the South China Sea.The structures and absolute configurations of these SCCCs have been successfully established by combined chemical cleavage,spectroscopic analysis,and quantum-chemical calculation approaches.This article summarizes the research advances in structure identification methods of SCCCs,as well as challenges.
