康柏西普联合黄斑局部/格栅样激光光凝治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿的疗效与安全性的Meta分析

Effectiveness and safety of conbercept and macular local/grid laser photocoagulation for diabetic macular edema: a Meta-analysis

目的 评价康柏西普联合黄斑局部/格栅样激光光凝治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿(DME)的有效性及安全性。方法检索CNKI、万方、VIP、CBM、Cochrane Library、Embase、Pubmed、ClinicalTrials.gov数据库中有关康柏西普、激光光凝术治疗DME随机对照文献,检索时间自建库起至2022年2月。使用RevMan 5.4统计软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入12篇文献,包括2 208例患者、2 322只DME患眼。康柏西普联合黄斑局部/格栅样激光光凝治疗的有效率明细优于单用激光光凝治疗(P<0.01),而不良事件差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 康柏西普联合黄斑局部/格栅样激光光凝治疗DME疗效优于单用激光光凝治疗。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of conbercept and macular local/grid laser photocoagulation(MLGLP) for diabetic macular edema(DME). Methods The randomized controlled trials(RCTs) on conbercept and MLGLP for DME were retrieved from establishment to February 2022 on CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, CBM, Cochrane Library, Embase,Pubmed, and Clinicaltrials.gov databases. Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 software. Results Twelve reports including 2 208 DME patients and 2 322 eyes were collected. The efficacy of conbercept and MLGLP was better than that of single MLGLP(P<0.01), while adverse events were comparable between both groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Combined conbercept and MLGLP is superior to single MLGLP for treating DME.
