摘要
高尔基体磷蛋白3(GOLPH3)和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)除了执行正常细胞功能外,还在多种肿瘤中存在过表达和功能异常的现象。该文将从GOLPH3调节EGFR相关信号通路、介导EGFR降解、修饰EGFR表面糖蛋白三大方面综述两者在肿瘤细胞调控中的关系,以期为GOLPH3成为EGFR靶向治疗辅助靶点的肿瘤治疗方法提供参考。
In addition to performing normal cellular functions, Golphish phosphoprotein 3(GOLPH3) and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) have been found to be overexpressed and functionally abnormal in multiple tumors. This paper reviewed the relationship between GOLPH3 and EGFR in tumor cell regulation from three aspects including GOLPH3regulating EGFR-related signaling pathway regulation, mediating EGFR degradation, and modifying EGFR surface glycoprotein, so as to provide reference for GOLPH3 as an auxiliary target of EGFR-targeted therapy.
