中医护理在恶性肿瘤晚期患者缓解疼痛、改善睡眠质量中的应用

Application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in relieving pain and improving sleep quality in patients with advanced malignant tumor

目的 观察中医护理技术在恶性肿瘤晚期患者中的应用效果及对患者疼痛、睡眠质量的影响。方法 80例恶性肿瘤晚期患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。两组均接受常规护理,观察组增加接受中医护理,比较两组患者疼痛缓解情况、睡眠质量、生活质量及护理满意度等。结果 与护理前比较,护理后两组的视觉模拟(VAS)评分明显下降(P<0.01),匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分与生活质量(QOL)评分均明显增高(P<0.01),以观察组更为显著(P<0.01)。观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 恶性肿瘤晚期患者接受中医护理干预,可降低患者疼痛程度,提高生活质量,改善护患关系。

Objective To observe the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with advanced malignant tumor and the influence on pain and sleep quality of patients. Methods A total of 80 patients with advanced malignant tumors were randomly divided into the Control Group and the Observation Group, 40 cases in each group. The Control Group received routine nursing while the Observation Group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing based on routine nursing. The pain relief, sleep quality, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the nursing, both groups had the visual analogue(VAS) scores significantly decreased(P<0.01), but had the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) score and quality of life score significantly increased(P<0.01), and the Observation Group had a more significant change(P<0.01). The nursing satisfaction score of the Observation Group was higher than that of the Control Group(P<0.01). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing provided for patients with advanced malignant tumors can reduce the pain degree of patients, improve their quality of life, and improve the relationship between nurses and patients.
